evomy question

I assume the pool of EVOMY shares adds to the fully diluted market cap of EVM, is that correct?

Does the annual report and the Appendix 3B's etc include these shares/pink slips, whatever you want to call them?

Is a bunch shares escrowed here in Australia to cover the EVOMY pool? I assume the latter must be the case. Just checking, cheers BB.
