If Evraz has the right contacts, i wonder if it could gather enough support from other substantial CFE holders to block the MCC deal...this would push the SP down a lot from current levels, possibly to around 50c (after all the hype of a takeover bid dies down), then Evraz could make a takeover bid at say 75 - 80 cents per share to gain control....could it happen?
would be a brilliant play!!
