Didn't Evraz pick up the majority of their holding above 40? so possibly they are demanding at least that? but why sell? perhaps getting rid of non core holdings? or is it because the decision on their delong holdings aquisition is looming-which would increase their holdings in cape lambert? I would emagine though that the Delong buy would be shelved
