VW has already signed an agreement with China to purchase all there magnetic material their. they have also signed an agreement to purchases a high percentage of motors and motor assemblies their as well. google EV deals VW China. I think you will come to the conclusion VW is not leaving China any time soon. Same is true of Tesla. As market grows it will have no problem absorbing Lynas output and that of other new REE suppliers. China will remain in control of price which is unfortunate.
