Many deals are made, some good some bad. You show no linkage to Lynas between this deal and Lynas SP. Lets narrow our focus a little. As I have said I only buy or sell based on what I expect to happen in next 6~12 months to the SP. That does not mean I do not think about what may happen beyond then. If I think the future looks great more than a year out but see short term SP drop I will wait to see the future develop. Yes this means I usually miss bottom. I avoid big loses when future does not develop. The father out you look the bigger likely things will change either better or worse. Just look at the predictions for wind and EVs two years ago and what sales of these are to day. A great example why I avoid buying or selling based on future predictions.
EVs will not evaporate. i have never said that. I have consistently said they will be the only Vehicles sold in the distant future. What I have said for over 5 years is the estimates on how fast they will take market share are grossly high. Part of Lynas's 11.xx stock price was based on these predictions. Lynas will not even support a SP of AU$5.00 with current forecast for Magnet usage.
So your criticism just does not apply to what I am saying. No need for me to argue you are correct or wrong.
Can you tell me why you think the SP will go up in the Next 6~ 12 months. That would disprove me. If I am wrong I want to know so I can buy.
Oh $1B is no longer a lot of money. Look at what Lynas had just a few years ago combined with stock they sold and loan forgiveness and what they have today.
So show me how Lynas returns to making more than AU$ 300M by June of 2025. If your data is accurate and logical I will become a strong buyer
