1998 Sydney to Hobart comes to mind in this location. This site and capacity is bigger than the US project that I posted that was scaled back. We can't afford this size project in Australia let alone Victorian state government and to get washed away. I hope HC are interested in following this project. I can't see it getting finished. Hope Lynas supply the RE for this site.
