I for one am going to pay close attention to Amanda’s comments on this on Wednesday nite NYC / Thursday morning in Oz. Neatly timed with COP 28. 70,000 people over 2-weeks in Dubai including money for developing nations and move beyond EU and G-7. Presidents Biden and XI had their own discussion and I believe are going to bring their nations along.
