    How pertinent!
    Just got an email from my electricity provider - my feed-in tariff has been dropped from 8c/kWh to 3. Now makes even more sense to mop up my excess solar production with my car, rather than supplying the grid with it. So in my particular circumstances, charging my car at home just got cheaper.
