Your claims about insurance have been proven false by other owners in this thread.
Your claims about depreciation are mostly scare-mongering - if the experience with Prius hybrids over the last twenty years are any guide, battery replacements will be much cheaper at the end of modern EV lifetimes - and that is where all the cost is currently. The old batteries will have real value as they can be repurposed for grid firming.
Maintenance costs for EVs are provably less - we haven't even gone into that in the calculation.
