I wouldn't mind the size of the loss so much if the growth was a bit more exponential. 10% is great, but not when it seems to have stalled at about this amount... they're in a blue skys growth sector for goodness sake.
The new sales team they bought in a couple of years ago should be well up to speed by now, so this growth is starting to become a worry...
