The recent price action around $0.15 and gradual narrowing of the daily peaks and troughs signals a break out waiting to happen I.M.O. Todays $0.17 price indicates to me that it is starting.
The next real peak could well be well into the $0.30+ range ($.35-$0.40 ?)
