The market frequently doesn’t know how to value a company. Sezzle 1 year high
$8.57, lost 51 cents per share last year with 207% debt. SP capitulation to 18.5 cents
due to fears it would go into administration. Two weeks later it peaks at $1.49 and
currently $1.04. These wild price fluctuations shows that it’s very difficult to value a
company. Therefore EVS could be significantly under valued and under appreciated
by the market due to its potential to lift its earnings rapidly through scalability and to
turn negative cash flow into positive cash flow. If it can achieve this then it likely gets
a market rerate. So what’s it’s intrinsic value? It’s market value is 16 cents but it’s
intrinsic value is yet to be determined. Short term SP fluctuations in the scheme of things
mean very little in regards to long term value. Trick is to try and spot a winner in advance
before the rest of the market catches on IMO. That’s why I’m heavily invested in this company
and like the fact that the register is fairly tightly held given total shares on offer. This should
bode well when EVS hits it’s straps and puts some runs on the board given it’s an ESG
socially responsible company that will likely attract institutional investors that are looking
for profitable companies in this sector. Until then it’s simply a game of patience, cheers
