EVS looks like it has two chart patterns trying to figure out which one is more dominant. The mentioned ascending wedge (bullish) - which its broken out of and now testing (may jump suddenly and quickly). Then secondly, an ascending triangle (bearish) which its still trading within until something happens.
Honestly it could go either way from here, some volume and a jump would be nice. Lets see what happens.
