Listend to a guy on the radio this morning who has two EV's, One is a GT something.
He warned intending buyers to do their homework as they are a different beast.
He said the industry has stitched up the buyers by not installing easily replaceable batteries which can now cost between $15-20,000.
He also pointed out the different distances between hot and cold weather.
Furthermore, he has had to install an upscale power charger in his factory so he can charge at work which takes far too long at home.
Obviously, whilst saving on fuel, they cost more to buy and the re-sale value suffers badly due to the above.
Not for me that's for sure.
