There used to be a saying to weigh up the good and the bad (pros and cons).

These days any that dare to point out the cons becomes a conspirator. Weighing up pros and cons is being liberal minded - a scenario the powers to be don't want, thus labelling at any point those with common sense if against a narrative or agenda.

Welcome to the age of agenda driven publicity, information suppression and discreditation - perhaps another form of a pandemic?? rolleyes.png

The press likes to draw a distinction between its quality-controlled output and the unregulated rubbish on social media. Yet, writes Liz Gerard, sloppy reporting, an unwillingness to provide context and an increasing tendency towards agenda-driven journalism is blurring the lines.

The common man usually depends on his leaders to have the vision to guide him properly, to lead a peaceful and prosperous life. Sounds good? What happens when the leader himself leads the people to a bottomless pit?

We saw what happened in the years prior to 2014 – we had a leader (our ex-PM) who blindly led the country to the bottomless pit of corruption and debt. Not just that, conversion and wrongdoings by NGOs peaked during the last 10 years of the Congress rule.

Sounds familiar?? Trusting governments with the media to do the right thing?? rolleyes.png Yet some have trouble even trusting their mother-in-law. what.png
