You are presuming that all the power being used to charge EV's is being generated from the solar panels at a charging station, that is only the case at these isolated/remote charging stations that don't have access to grid power.

At you typical charging station you have grid power in addition to solar panels if they have them, grid power is increasingly using renewable energy
