How so? Fundamental changes override technical price breakouts. Retail was actually mainly selling out to Wilsons in the breakout.
I raised this in another thread. Definitely will have some short term pain through the SPP and the underwritten shares. One thing Bells are great at doing though is selling out placement in liquidity. So I'm sure the opportunity may arise shortly. All consideration shares/options are escrowed for 12 months so hopefully they hit some milestones to really put a rocket under the share price.
@Adm1 some fair points. The core point of your post is that the business has scaled and transformed. Market will need to see how this new structure is able to deliver to the balance sheet and shareholders. That is part of the speculation!
