EVS hit an intra day high of 39.5c on 14 October off the back of the successful $10m raise at 28cps. The SP has fallen steadily since this time and bounced off the 20SMA on Monday to continue the fall.
From a valuation perspective, EVS hasn't released a sales update since 13 August, which presented 30 June 2019 ARR at $5.6m. This in part could be because of the time lag with rapidly progressing their business activities in China and establishing the Beijing office. But by now they should be turning their focus back to winning projects.
It's tricky to pin a psr value right now because we don't have updated figures.. As a side note I think this is contributing to the SP fall as holders try to grapple with what this is worth.
21c SP ~ $105m MC ~ apply 50% growth to 30 June figures = $8.4m. A rough 12.5x multiple. Which is at the upper levels compared to other SAAS companies measured by arr (the median being around 5-6x).
I think the market will need to see some concrete figures and guidance before the SP fall turns back around.
