Hard to know really, especially given the macro trends - any spec or growth stock has been punished price wise over the last few weeks, and with the continuing trade war you wonder how much investors worry about 'Western' companies not gaining inroads in China... which would put this good news story at risk.
I agree the market needs some numbers though. Very seldomly has EVS had gains off hope alone.
