the 25 was a bit arbitrary (and unnecassary, but I wanted to get the fair value number to 1) after looking through numerous companies values at peaiks and troughs and particularly at buy outs. It was more a method to try and compare companies with different growth rates and gross margins. You could put different weightings to the factors to come up with a better comparator.
I think the evs growth rate may slow down when we hit 9-12mil arr just by the law of larger numbers, so that should allow the psr to align closer to my method.
Also the 115%pa is too high for Evs I had been playing around with it. I think 90% is probably more likely over the next 12 months.
Clearly using cac and and ltv helps too but often that is really hard to work out early on (especially ltv which is often a crapshot)
