Position: Project Engineering Manager
Location: Pagbilao LNG Terminal Hub, Philippines
Start Date: mid April 2018
Duration: 1 year + renewable 1 year
Company: Siemens PSCD

Requirements:
· Discipline: Process Control

• 8-10 years experience in engineering management, consulting and/or project management for LNG greenfield projects, of minimum size EUR 10 mil.
• Projects undertaken for major oil & gas / LNG customers must include Overall LNG Terminal Hub Emergency Shutdown System & Shutdown Matrix, as well as basic understanding of LNG terminal hub process control and operation
• Previous Siemens Control System experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Previous experience developing process concepts based on P&ID for System Integrator
• Well-versed in English language especially in technical writing
• Eligible to work in Malaysia and Philippines with minimal risks/constraints with regards to visa / permit applications
