Sandy, for someone that doesn't hold the stock anymore you certainly are very vocal. In the past you have alluded to Dave Whitby and yourself knowing each other, be that on a personal or professional level I am not sure. Regardless, how did he take it when you mentioned that you had sold out of NDO? Does he have an opinion on the "perceived lack" of communication to the shareholders?
