See p26 and p27 of the Prospectus on 1/3/22. Proposed Remuneration for year ended 30 June 22 for Vlado is $385,000.This is after the announced demotion of Vlado on 15 Feb. So Kat took over Vlado's job for $210,000 and she keeps paying him $385,000. Why is the failed CEO still employed there at all ? Why is the failed CEO still being paid more than the new CEO ? This is weak and indecisive leadership by Kat.
