Also on p26 - the US director Ed Greissing Jr. will be paid $436,309 for only seven months from appointment 30/11/21 to 30/6/22, that’s equivalent to $750,000 a year. What is this guy going to do to get paid so much for a part time role?
Announcement 30/11/21 “Mr Greissing will chair the Company’s Compensation Committee”. So this guy is Chair of the Compensation Committee and he’s happy for Vlado to keep getting paid $385,000pa. He didn't reduce the ex-CEO’s outrageous salary cause the ex-CEO appointed him.
