Respectfully, that does not give rise to a statement of 'not guilty', which could only come from a criminal matter, in the criminal jurisdiction. Perhaps the document has more information about him having been wrongfully accused - I can't see that, but has this case completley exonerated him? Is it now the case that he did not direct funds to companies associated with himself, his wife and family? Was that a complete fabrication?

I agree with your post. This court judgement does not exonerate Kenneth imo.

In fact this case I see is undertaken to challenge the Anton Piller order taken out against Ken

However - this judgement does provide insight in holes coming from the accusers side and they may have withheld information and not been fully transparent in their application for orders against Ken
