So my take on this is they rushed in got the Anton Piller order that provides the right to search premises and seize evidence without prior warning, that they really shouldn't have been granted in the first place.

Hence the reason it has now been struck out.

But I don't believe IOU obtained it to get evidence on Kenneth but rather to see what evidence Kenneth had on them and destroy any evidence that Kenneth might have on them.

Which also gave them time to fabricate there story on Kenneth based on what evidence he had on them and what might be presented to the courts.

And as we know they did use this order to do a search a seizure at Kenneths place and took labtops, tablets and mobile phones etc. as stated in the affidavits posted on Clee website. https://iou249d.com/affidavits/
