Richard Dawkins doesn't debate creationists because it gives them some sort of credibility which they don't deserve. I suggest debating conspiracy theorists might do the same. It's not worth it simply because they will never change their minds and, indeed, will only harden their views. I suggest not giving these nutters oxygen.
