    What does it mean? Does that mean from today, new shares purchase will not be eligible to get right issue?

    The proposed record date is 25/11/2009, it takes 3 days to settle trades, which means if we buy on Friday, we should be still eligible to get the right issue.

    Can anyone help to clarify?
