ex director sells 400,000 early jan 2011

When you get back can you please explain why you sold 400,000 shares on Jan 5 2011 for 19.5 cents each and the share was suspended the next month. Never to go back to market . You denied any problems the next month to the ASX . Don't tell us, tell ASIC and the ASX cause I have raised the subject.



Also the quarterly report said ETH had $858,000 cash on hand or in the bank Fen 2011 , but when the VA went over the books it was More like 2k.

I trust you had bank statements to prove the cash was there with your excellent paperwork and record keeping.
