ex directors brophy

Hi Folks can any of you long term holders give us a bit of a heads up on exactly what happened and why you guys had an EGM to get rid of Frank Brophy? I know he resigned of his own volition but I am interested in just what the story was behind it. Good old Frank is a director of Empyrean Energy Perth Based but UK listed on Aim with another Aussie called Tom Kelly and a number of shareholders are considering similar actions as you guys took and just interested in the story behind what happened with you guys.
