I think it will likely drop by 41c but within a day should start to climb back up. Unkown from there, but I agree should not stay below $3. It may very well trade between $3.30 to $3.40 within a month of ex-div. I won't be surprised if there is a rerate and SP climbs to $4. If interest rates start to come down in 2024, SP can go to $4. My calculations on dividend are 60c FF min for next 2 years.
To be honest I am not too fussed any more. I not selling for the next 2 years, dividends are better than any other company.
