re: trading at nta This a stock that I like for all of the reasons detailed in the thread - great asset backing, good prospects for growth with regional travel consistently increasing. Nice dividend with franking credits.
I noticed volume today seems to have been stronger with a definite bullish strength. I reckon a nice buy for a 6-18 month and beyond timeframe.
