Chi- yes you can sell on ex date. dont need to hold for record date.
you can if you want buy day before ex-div and sell next day (ex-div) and get the div. you must own the shares for 45 days rule to get franking credits but with QBE it hardly maters.
I dont think it will fall the full 62 cents tomomorrow (international market dependant) because it doesnt have the franking credits, however for international holders who dont benefit from franking it will matter more
