The ex-div date is 7th November. What more needs explaining? They trade ex-entitlement to the dividend on this day.
You can sell them on this day and still get the dividend but the franking credit entitlement needs to be observed as posted above.
The company declares a record date but you need to work backward from this day to determine the ex-div day due to settlement being based on a T+3 basis.
