johnlamp, you can sell as soon as they're ex-dividend. So on the 4th or later. Make sure you're holding at the close of trade the day before they go ex to be entitled to the dividend.
Just to confirm that they are ex-dividend, there should be a note on your order screen telling you that they're trading on an ex-dividend basis.
