Happy to be corrected on my assumption below -

Today is the ex record date, i.e. anyone buying today cannot participate in the entitlement.

Have a look at the reocrd date though - 29th January 2010. In other words if you do not have shares registered with RRS on that date you cannot participate.

Anyone who sells today will settle on the 28th of Janaury 2010, thus missing out on the entitlement as well.

Major screw job by the underwirters perhaps knowing that not many people would have paid attention due to the public holiday next week confusing things.

As I said earlier, happy to be corrected if I'm wrong.
