Please have a read of the restructure proposal announcement dated the 30/10.
In this announcement it states the 10 cents will be in addition to the interim dividend for 2010, 3rd dot point page 1.
The January/Feb date is for the voting of the restructure.
One must remember that this has to voted on by shareholders and second the distribution is only an estimate at based on surplus cash, which can always change.
