I agree 100%. just received my paperwork in the post today.
Salary for Damon Neaves is $315K plus super. Plus has about 13,000,000 in shares, partly paid shares and options. I am not sure why we are gifting him the $1,000,000. If he turns the company into a $2.00 share he will make over $20 million under my calculations. As the share price rises are we going to be diluted by the directors issuing themselves more shares?
Can anyone explain how this will benefit shareholders?
