Lets put a shareholder resolution in to the company to change the constitution in regards to directors able to set their own renumeration. A resolution like tis needs 75% to pass and is called a special resolution. Members with 5% of shares on issue can put that resolution in to be voted on at a general meeting. There will be a general meeting soon and such a members resolution needs to be give to the company with 2 months notice. So get cracking and do something. Whinging will get you nothing.
