Former state Labor MP Angela D'Amore has lost her appeal against a finding of corruption by the Independent Commission Against Corruption.
In the NSW Supreme Court this morning, the Chief Justice at Common Law, Peter McClellan, dismissed Ms D'Amore's case and ordered she pay the corruption watchdog's costs.
Ms D'Amore was not in court to hear the judgment.

In December 2010, the Independent Commission Against Corruption found Ms D'Amore engaged in corrupt conduct, rorting $4500 in staff entitlements.
