it is but still they are victims also. doesnt take much these days with the non stop flow of traumatising information from an endless list of news and social media platforms then add a significant global pandemic in the mix before you even realise you are in a hole. its been almost 6 months since i deactivated from Facebook and IG, the change in my overall well-being being is significantly noticeable
