Companies offer Rights Issues, SPP,... whatever, at a discount to the current market price to ensure they are more likely to be fully subscribed.
This will, I believe be a lot higher than current levels by the end of the year. I know some are in a sticky situation because they don't have the ready cash to participate in the RI, or convert the oppies & then participate. I've been in that position before. This time's different... I'm all in.
