Maybe you were thinking that with a 20% increase of shares hitting the market in July, you might buy in cheaper. Better think again because during the renounceable period of the rights issue, Jeruk will be explored with the benefit of the latest 3D sesmic.
The funds raised are being used to buy back into that big pool of crude, plus anything else found by SPC.
Plus the directors have underwritten this issue which means they'll take up anything left. In fact, I believe they will put up their own money to buy back in before the rights issue has finalized.
Now, That's confidence.
