The only true moderators/regulators of the economy are the people that are willing to resort to violent measures, This fact is undisputed when you view history.
Our own modern day version/model is the looting that has been occuring in Venezuela. Once known as one of the richest countries in the world in centuries past, the current ((Government)) have convinced the people that the only solution to their problems is for them to turn on each other.
Personally I believe there is no known moral hazard holding those who are responsible accountable. In the case of Venezuela they never held those responsible accountable. So now they have been conditioned to take in out on unaccountable.
Who living is too wise to ignore the lessons of Venezuela?
