First heard the following uttered by a guy named Keith Williams 30 years ago :)
Ex: a has-been
Spurt: a drip under pressure
And so for more than one of that particular kind, use of the plural seems appropriate
Ex: has beens
Spurts: drips under pressure
Having read some excerpts from the DERM report and then putting the smelly thing aside in total disgust and disbelief a few weeks back I then experienced some deja vu all over again!
