I earn a hell of a lot more pre-tax but I only get to spend my post tax money. Its just a way to talking up the amount.I'm not quite sure how you get a pre-tax NET present value. Wouldn't that be a GROSS present value.

At the end of the day, it didn't live up to expectations. A mining announcement should lift the SP higher not lower. People were expecting a dramatic increase. All they got was a decision to mine with the same value outcome.
