Thanks for that insight it will make me very watchful of where and when I consider investing in these companies as the fallout will not end with the senate investigation I fear.

Your insight suggests we will be seeing more and more drama as these appeals unfold and growers find what they really bought into. This will obviously be made a lot worse when these growers are pursued for the investments they made by the financial funders as well.

I therefore think that the MIS issues which saw that the forestry was still going to survive now may well have a greater risk as these trees take longer than 10 years to harvest and how can you ensure that the RE will be around in 10 years.
