That could be the stakeholder discussions though right now - why bother with 30% - hence the need to extend or whatever, just thinking if there was or is more than one party right now the hats would be in the ring across the board?
I agree re we would have heard - but we have only heard re discussions with stakeholders - what they exactly entail is the intrigue i suspect - just defies logic to not have a crack for the lot whilst its in it's parlous state?
