I was just wondering if there were any cases where a company has restructured, previous management gone and is in the process of turning around.
Then the ACCC fines them into bankruptcy.
I think in RFGs case, if they were fined into bankruptcy, a lot of people's livelihoods would be at stake. Existing franchisees and suppliers.
