I am SICK of quoting this, but just for boofhead Rust's benefit, to help him pull his head out of wherever it is...this is a clear example of the ABC M.O.:

When Rudd ruled the world probably in 2008 it would have been, when Turnbull was LNP leader and the Utegate thing had come unstuck for him, 7:30 Report, with I think O'Brien still in the chair by the way..that Senior "National Treasure" and fount of all wisdom for the juniors, he was content to let his programme run an intro credits for MONTHS with a very crestfallen looking Turnbull featuring almost exclusively, certainly dominating the whole intro.

It was DISGUSTING bias. But the ABC had to keep up their romance for the fabulous Rudd night after night by portraying Turnbull as having been slain by their hero.

Now as they say, a picture is worth a thousand words.

You don't need to parse the grammar of their interviews.

Why did they find it "helpfull" night after night, week after week, month after month, well after it was pointed out to them that their partisanship was PUTRID, to twist the knife into Turnbull IN THE OPENING CREDITS?

BECAUSE THEY BARRACKED FOR RUDD THAT'S WHY, AND THEY DIDN'T CARE WHO SAID WHAT, BECAUSE THEY RUN THE SHOW.
